The stretch method that Drew uses is great for relieving soreness, and injury recovery. I highly recommend using the Drew for injury recovery and for a nice therapeutic stretch to relieve muscle tension.

The Orthopedic Specialist diagnosed me with Da Quarvain's Tenosynovitis and gave me a cortisone shot for the continual pain in the tendons on the thumb side of my wrist. After that wore off the pain came back and I didn't want to have anymore shots. I asked Drew to work his Kinesiology method on the tendons and I have not had to have anymore cortisone shots. Yet another area that has had pain relief thanks to Drew!
